Prices, Orders & Credit Applications. Our advertised prices are in Pounds Sterling and exclude VAT and delivery. Products are subject to availability and may vary from those advertised. You must decide before ordering whether the products are suitable for your needs. You will have an opportunity to confirm the price before you order. We are not obliged to accept any application for credit and will notify you usually within 3 working days whether or not we will offer you credit and any applicable terms and credit limits. No order submitted with a credit application will be processed unless and until your application is accepted. It is your responsibility to ensure that individuals submitting applications and orders are properly authorised to do so.

EC Sales. Goods may only be zero rated for VAT purposes on sales to EC countries where you provide evidence to our reasonable satisfaction that (a) you are VAT registered and (b) the products have been exported from the UK.

Payment. You will receive an invoice for goods bought on credit which must be paid for in full within 30 days from our invoice date. If you do not pay in full by then any discount agreed between us will no longer apply and we may charge you interest at 3% per annum above the base rate of HSBC Bank plc then in force on a daily basis until payment is received (whether before or after judgment). We remain the owner of the products until you have paid for them in full.

Guarantee and Liability. If there is a fault with your product within 12 months of delivery we will normally offer a prompt repair or (at our option) exchange or refund. Please ensure you back up your data before returning items such as PDAs. This guarantee does not apply to faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear – all such repairs will be charged for. No warranties, conditions, guarantees or representations (either express or implied by statute, common law or otherwise) other than those set out in these Terms and Conditions and those which we are not permitted by law to exclude or restrict will apply. In no event will we be liable for indirect or consequential loss; loss or corruption of data; loss of profits, revenue, business or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall affect the statutory rights of a person acquiring goods otherwise than in the course of business.

Our Contract & General Conditions. No contract will exist between you and us for the sale of any product unless and until we email you to confirm that we have accepted your order and dispatched your product. The Terms & Conditions are the only terms applicable to our contract, which is governed by English law. We are obliged to tell you that sales are only concluded in the English language and a copy of our contract will not be filed.

Deliveries & Returns. We will charge for all deliveries. Please notify us in advance if you have any special delivery requirements. Although we do everything we can to meet our estimated delivery times, deliveries may be affected by factors beyond our control and cannot therefore be guaranteed. However, we will inform you if there are likely to be any unexpected delays. Please allow additional time for deliveries around Bank Holiday weekends. If products do not arrive or are incomplete or damaged when you open them you must email us (deliverys@dixons-group.biz) within 5 days of receipt or expected receipt. Risk of loss or damage to the products will pass to you on delivery, after which you are responsible for protecting them against such risks. We will accept returns of faulty goods within 14 days of delivery. Please email us. Products must be returned in their original packaging. If you change your mind we may take products back at our discretion, subject to a handling charge of 15% of the purchase price and provided that they are unopened, unused and in perfect condition.
